Reservations

To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Birthday

Identity number or passport number

CPF

Address / Neighborhood / City / Zip Code

Telephone

Email

Name of other guests (if any);

Methods of payment, reservations, rent and security deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 100% of the total rental amount.

Payment, referring to 100% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit, credit card or cash payment at our office.


In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer via email or WhatsApp.

Your reservation will be validated as soon as the I-GUest reservations department sends you a confirmation email or sends you Check-in instructions via Whatsapp.

If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the leased property is no longer available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in

Check-in hours: 3pm to 8pm, this time to be arranged in advance with I-GUest.

In the case of SELF Check-in, this can be at any time after 3:00 pm.

The customer must inform us of the time of his arrival and give us his contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. In the face-to-face check-in process, the customer will have to call our check-in department in advance (available 24/7), (+55 45) 99151-5042 and/or (+55 45) 99816 6000, up to thirty minutes before your arrival at the property. After receiving the call, one of our staff will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.

If the apartment is available and the client wants to have the possibility of an earlier check-in, a change between 6 am and 2 pm can be arranged for a fee of R$100 for Early Check-in, subject to availability. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 00:00 and 06:00, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out time: 08:00 to 10:00

In the case of a face-to-face check-out, an I-GUest employee will meet the customer at their apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental agreement), in order to examine the property and receive the keys. In case of Self Check-out, it will not exempt the LESSEE from bearing any damage or malfunction signaled after a thorough inspection carried out by the LESSOR.


If the property is available and the client only wants to leave between 11 am and 10 pm, we need a late check-out fee of R$100. This amount must be paid at the entrance or at a previously agreed time.

For check-outs after 22:00, an additional night will be charged. If the customer does not check-out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 50 Reais will be charged, if this check-out is before 11:00 am. After 11 am, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night's stay.




Reservation cancellation and changes

To receive a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel no later than 7 days prior to the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

In case of cancellation or no-show within 07 (seven) calendar days before check-in, the deposit amount will be refunded by 50%. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to the reservation dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from I-GUest.

I-GUest has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, in the event of one of the following cases: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace in the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illegal drugs, pets without prior permission, failure to pay full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, I-GUest assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting therefrom. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with the internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rent payment.


Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property he has rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same is applicable for your companions and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules during the lease period will be immediately paid by the customer. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund. Any type of meeting that configures AGLOMERATION is strictly prohibited, and the guest is responsible for their attitudes both in the civil and criminal spheres.


Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow the entry of visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide you with a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption, if you need to check your rental agreement. In case of energy billing, the customer must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rent is longer than 30 days, after each month.

The guest MUST respect the occupancy limitation of the contracted property, being prohibited to exceed this limit. If the excess is found, a fee per extra guest will be charged to be determined by I-GUEST.
