I-GUest's mission is to redefine temporary rentals through technology for intelligence, management and real estate development developing a series of technologies and services to make the most of the potential of temporary rentals, during the entire property management process.

The first one is our technology for real estate intelligence, where we capture daily data on reservations and prices practiced around Brazil and mainly in Florianópolis. With this information, we can know which regions are more attractive in terms of revenue, which prices are charged, occupancy rates, supply and demand for real estate products for accommodation.

The second is property management, which guarantees the best possible performance in reservations, and the highest possible quality of local service with the property and with the guest.
