(Smokers, we ask that you smoke on the balcony, with the doors properly closed or in the external areas);

• It is forbidden to go shirtless in the common areas of the building;

• It is not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the common areas of the building;

• In cases of receiving visitors, please inform your host promptly. This way we avoid any discomfort with the concierge (if the property has such a sector) and its control;

• For a good relationship between your accommodation and your neighbors, respect silence and the national law of silence. In the case of children, always be aware of noises and falling things so as not to disturb the neighbors around;

• In the case of orders on food and delivery applications, we ask that the delivery person not enter the property. Thus cherishing everyone's safety;

• We ask that you keep the property as organized as possible, for a better experience in your stay;

• When using the pans, we ask that you use and clean them with the appropriate material and shape;

• In case of loss of key, button/TAG, card or control, please inform your host. He will be the most empowered person to solve the problem;

• We are in favor of the conscious use of energy. We ask that you turn off all electronic devices if no one is in the property;

• Garbage can be left in the apartment duly bagged.
