Hosting Rules

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property and in the common areas of the property;

(Smokers are asked to smoke on the balcony, with the doors properly closed, or in the external areas);

• It is forbidden to walk around shirtless in the common areas of the building;

• The consumption of alcoholic beverages in the common areas of the building is not permitted;

• If you are receiving visitors, please notify your host immediately. This will avoid any discomfort with the concierge (if the property has such a department) and its control;

• To maintain a good relationship during your stay with your neighbors, respect the silence and the national noise law. In the case of children, always be aware of noises and falling things so as not to disturb the neighbors nearby;

• In the case of orders through food and delivery apps, we ask that the delivery person does not enter the property. This ensures everyone's safety;

• We ask that you keep the property as tidy as possible, for a better experience during your stay;

• When using pots and pans, we ask that you use and clean them with the appropriate material and method;

• If you lose a key, button/TAG, card or remote control, please notify your host. They will be the best person to resolve the problem;

• We are in favor of the responsible use of energy. We ask that you turn off all electronic devices if there is no one in the property;

• If you have pets, we ask that they do their business in appropriate places;

• When leaving, turn off everything, including lights and air conditioning.

• Please notify us if any items are lost or damaged.

• Please take out the trash before leaving the property and dispose of it in the appropriate place.
