PARAGUAIAN TURISTIC POLICE

Tourist Police agents are properly instructed to resolve cases of tourists who have been injured or whose documents are lost or stolen. The incidents of deception occur mainly with Brazilians, followed by Argentine neighbors.

The headquarters is next to the Paraguayan customs right after the Ponte da Amizade (the left of those entering Ciudad del Este). There you can file your complaint, and you must have the goods and invoice in hand. If you paid by credit card, please also take the invoice
