It has about 40 m2, one double bed in private room, a sofa-bed in the living room, 40" TV with Netflix, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. There are elevators in the building.
There's a parking space in the garage of the building, by a cost of 30 reais per day.
The apartment was recently renovated and decorated exclusively to welcome our guests. Everything is new!
